How we use your contact details.

Updated 4 September 2026.

Project42 Apps is responsible for the information you send through this form. Use our contact form with questions or requests about your details.

Website visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, popular pages and page performance across the Project42 Apps website. It does not use analytics cookies or track visitors across different websites. We do not send the contents of this form to analytics or use session recordings. This measures visits to our website, not activity inside our apps. About Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Answering your request

We use your name, contact email, chosen app and message to answer your enquiry. For beta requests, we also use your device platform and, for Android, your Google Play account email to arrange tester access. Submitting a request does not guarantee a place or sign you up for marketing.

Where your details go

Cloudflare hosts the website, processes submissions and performs spam checks, including processing connection information such as your IP address. Messages are forwarded securely to Project42 Apps. The form does not create a separate public directory or website database of requests. For Android invitations, we enter the Google Play account email you provide in Google Play's tester-access system.

These providers may process information outside the UK under their own data-protection arrangements. See Cloudflare's privacy policy, Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Your choices

We use these details for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, managing requested beta access and protecting the form from spam. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, object to their use, or remove you from beta testing through our contact form. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

For parents and carers

This form is for adults. Please make requests on a child's behalf using your own contact details. Do not include children's names or personal details, health information, passwords or payment information.
