Report a problem
Tell us whether you were playing Kids or Grown ups, your device model, app version, what you did, what you expected and what appeared instead. If a layout looks wrong, include your screen orientation and text-size setting. Screenshots help but are optional. Please remove children's details or other personal information before sending one.
Keep your progress
Game progress and preferences are saved on your device. Update the app in place. Reset controls clear the relevant game or board progress, so check the confirmation before using them. Deleting the app or clearing its storage may remove saved progress; a device backup may retain a copy. The app does not provide a Project42 cloud account or progress sync.
Playing and exploring
Kids uses ordered story timelines and zoom-in moments. Grown ups offers a century Grid and Quiz with Discover and Challenge choices. Some centuries may be browsable but not playable in the current test version. Historical source links open external websites and need an internet connection; the game content is bundled with the app.
Testing and purchases
HistoryThread is in testing and is not publicly available through this website. You can ask about testing; a request does not guarantee an invitation. Checkout is disabled in the current pilot, so the app cannot take a payment. If you encounter an unexpected purchase prompt, please contact us with the app version and a screenshot.
