Close MapSnap completely, restart your device and try again. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, iOS, iPadOS or Android version, MapSnap build reference and a screenshot if possible. Please also say whether you installed it through TestFlight, the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Open the settings for the activity you are playing and choose Reset. Resetting restarts that activity only; it does not remove the app from the device.

Connect to the internet, open the parent-only MapSnap World area and choose Restore purchase.

• iPhone and iPad: use the same Apple Account for App Store purchases that you used for the original unlock.
• Android: use the same Google Account in Google Play that you used for the original unlock.

Restoring an eligible purchase does not buy it again. Apple purchases cannot be restored through Google Play, or Google Play purchases through Apple. Restoring the unlock does not restore game scores or progress.

Open GROWN-UPS from the main menu, complete the parental check and open MapSnap World. Choose the purchase button when the price appears. The Apple App Store or Google Play will show the local price and ask you to confirm before any purchase. MapSnap World is a one-time unlock, not a subscription.

If the product is unavailable or no price appears, check your internet connection and that MapSnap is up to date. If it still does not appear, contact support with your platform and build reference.

If you have been given an eligible Apple code, open the parent-only MapSnap World area and choose Use individual access code. Enter the one-use code in Apple’s redemption sheet. MapSnap World activates after Apple confirms the redemption.

This option is not available on Android. Apple access codes do not work in Google Play. Testers should follow the instructions supplied with their testing invitation.

Gameplay works offline on both Apple and Android devices. An internet connection is needed to download or update MapSnap, buy or restore MapSnap World through the relevant store, redeem an eligible Apple access code, or open online support and privacy pages.
